This reunion will be the first to be conducted outside the United States. The Host Chapter is Chapter XI, which is made up from NSW based members, of those who served in 1RAR Group, Bien Hoa, South Vietnam. The reunion is to be conducted from 1 July to 9 July, 2005 and will be held at Panthers World of Entertainment Leagues Club, Penrith. Special rates have been given by Panthers for their adjoining motel run by Holiday Inns. An extensive activity program has been formed to ensure all those Members and their guests from inter-state Australia and overseas attendees from New Zealand and the United States will be able, not only to attend a reunion, but enjoy true Australian hospitality. Many ex serving RAEME members from the 1 RAR Gp, Bien Hoa, have already registered for the reunion. Please note that attendees do not have to be a member of an Australian Chapter and may attend by paying the required registration fee prior to the reunion. Those wishing to attend should take action now to book at Panthers. 174 rooms are now booked. Panthers can accommodate about 40 more bookings and then those wishing accommodation will have to find alternatives. Registration is $AUD 120.00 and $AUD 90.00 for wife or partner. Registration includes issue of reunion shirt, cap, transfers on the Sunday to the city and return for commemoration service,free entry to the Welcome and Farewell Functions and use of hospitality room during the reunion.
